Marsha Haake

As a Gift Guide I feel fully committed to support this organization to grow and to support the other women (and men, should that evolve) in our own growth so that we can continue to hold this space for others. The work is twofold for me. It is work which I need/want to do personally, and this particular school feels perfect for me now and an answer to so many prayers come together in one package. I feel I am rediscovering devotion, humility, and commitment to contribution. This work is also a vehicle for that contribution and a huge piece in relation to what is most needed on this planet right now.

I bring a certain skill level in speaking and being present. My coaching and training background is of value in working with the team. Also, I have a willingness to do my own work and a deep desire to be a part of supporting the evolution of spirituality and consciousness on this planet. I bring a basic ability to create Gift weekends and be a transmission for the work. I feel I am still discovering what I bring and how my thread weaves into the fabric of Shematrix. One thing I know is that I am willing to be vigilant and relentless and ruthless with myself and others. There is a feeling for me of souls coming together again, sometimes after a very long time apart, to do this particular thing at this time and in this place. In honor of that, and in gratitude for it, I offer myself in service.

What I most care about is doing what I need to for my own growth as a contribution, and making a difference in the world. I am passionate about the evolution of human beings. I care that we act with respect, compassion and love toward ourselves, each other, all beings, this planet, and beyond. It is my belief that we each have unique combinations of gifts and vision that if nurtured will transform this world.

I want to be a part of supporting the expansion of the work and to help guide its growth and evolution. I want to be an integral part of this community and Shematrix.
I see communities of women all over the world, sitting in circle, doing Days of Rites, connecting with other non-Shematrix circles. Girls growing up with older women sharing their wisdom with them and enabling them to share their freshness and vitality in the community. I see the same for men and boys. Communities where every person sees their value, is honored for it, and offers it willingly. I see ultimately, men and women sitting in circle together sometimes, and alone at other times. I see the Feminine and the Masculine being honored equally in ways that neither is now. I see the Flower of Life manifest in the world.
