Sheila Sutherland

The work of Shematrix is very dear to my heart. The love and acceptance that I felt in The Gift space without being fixed or changed in any way, gave me permission to ignite and nurture more of my own self love and care. Over time I fell more and more in love with myself, loving the parts of myself that I had long neglected with negative thoughts. I can truly say that my first Gift weekend was a significant life changing event in my life.

And from that very first Gift weekend, I felt a strong urge to do my part in making sure that Gift weekends and women’s circles happened in my local community. I wanted to ensure that women who felt called to sit in sacred space with other women, had the space available to do so. I feel so very fortunate to be a part of this work and to be a part of this amazing collective. This collective also represents a family to me. A family who is open, honest and have supported me over the years in revealing parts of myself that had long remained hidden and locked away.

I hope that the gifts I bring to the space and to this work make a difference in some way to others. I bring my loving and compassionate heart, my love of working with people and holding an unconditional space for their own transformation to occur. I bring my deep trust that the space does and can hold it all. I bring my integrity and my dedication to doing whatever it takes to keep living my life with love, authenticity and kindness.

My vision for Shematrix is for all beings to be loved, appreciated and valued for who they are. To be honoured for the unique being that they are. And lastly, for ongoing circles and Gift and Grail weekends to be happening around the globe, so that women and men may discover and connect more with the truth of who they are.
